My Favorite Place
My favorite place is My bedroom inMy apartment because My bedroom is always clean and warm. In My bedroom I have My TV and books. My sister and I watch movies and read in our bedroom. Every day I call My son and I talk with My family from My bedroombecause My family is the most important people for me. At night I drink coffee, and sometimes my nephew play in my bedroom. I can relax there for a long time, and I always look at the picture of my family. My bedroom is my favorite place because it makes me feel relaxed, warm, and happy.
My Sad Experience
My sad experience happened three years ago in Mexico.I was with my family talking when my son arrivedfrom school. He said,Mom,at the house of my uncle,there are a lot police and people. My Son asked me, what happened?I had no idea what he was talking about. At that moment,My cousin arrived. She said,where is your father? You are coming to my house.I asked why, and she said because my brother and his wife are dead! I was in shock.They hadtwo girls,one two years old and the otherthree months.The house had no signs of robbery or anycrime but my cousin and his wife had been shot in the head with a pistol in the bedroom. My cousin had been usphyxiated and had a plastic bag tiedaround hishead.The babies had a lot of blood on their faces and feet but were not hurt.They were only crying for their mom because they were hungry. They were orphaned on that day,buttoday they areliving with her grandparents and do not know or understard what happenedto their parents. The older baby sometimes asks, where is my father and our mom?My cousin tells her, yourparents are in the sky.At night you can see them in the sky,but the baby does not understand. For me,this day was the saddest moment of my life when I saw my cousin dead .We still do not know exactly how or why they died or who is responsible for their deaths.
I am writing this letter to Myself a bout goals I have for the future.first,Iam going to visit My family in five years,Next,I will bring My son to live here with Me in the U.S.I will contract contruction on My house in My Contry.I will finish Adult higschool,and then I will chage My job.As for other goals,I will take vitamins,eat healthy food,and get more exercise every week Iam going to take vacation with My family.In conclution,in the future I will have many projects,and I plan to speak English very well.
